தமிழக ஆசிரியர் கூட்டணி ஊத்தங்கரை வட்டாரக் கிளையின் செயற்குழுக் கூட்டம் இன்று ஊத்தங்கரை துவக்கப் பள்ளியில் நடைபெற்றது.

வட்டாரத் தலைவர் திரு கி. கோபால் அவர்கள் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்ற கூட்டத்தில், முன்னதாக வட்டாரச் செயலாளர் திரு சே. லீலாகிருஷ்ணன் அனைவரையும் வரவேற்றார்.

கூட்டத்தில் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராகக் கலந்துக்கொண்ட மாவட்டத் தலைவர் திரு செ. இராஜேந்திரன் அவர்கள் சிறப்புரை ஆற்றினார். அப்போது அவர் இயக்கத்தின் மாவட்ட, மாநிலச் செயல்பாடுகள் பற்றியும், வரும் 09.07.2016 அன்று நடைபெற உள்ள வட்டாத் தேர்தல் மற்றும் 2407.2016 அன்று ஒசூரில் மாநிலப் பொருப்பாளர்கள் பங்குபெறும் சிறப்புக்கூட்டம் பற்றியும் விரிவாக எடுத்துக்கூறி அனைவரும் அதில் சிறப்பாக பங்கேற்க வேண்டுமெனக் கேட்டுக்கொண்டார்.

பின்னர் கீழ்க்கண்ட தீர்மானங்கள் ஒருமனதாக நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது

தீர்மானம் : 1.

       வரும் 09.07.2016 அன்று வட்டாரத் தேர்தலை முறையாகவும், சிறப்பாகவும் நடத்துதல்

       வரும் 24.07.2016 அன்று ஒசூரில் அகில இந்திய துவக்கப் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் சங்கங்களின் கூட்டமைப்பு அகில இந்தியச் செயலாலாளர் மற்றும்  தமிழக ஆசிரியர் கூட்டணியின் மாநிலப் பொருப்பாளர்கள் கலந்துக் கொள்ளும் சிறப்புக் கூட்டத்தில் அதிக எண்ணிக்கையிலான ஆசிரியர்கள் பங்கேற்பது.

தீர்மானம் : 3.

       மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்துள்ள புதிய ஊதியக்குழு அறிவிப்புகளை ஏற்று மாநில அரசும் அரசும் விரைந்து ஊதியக்குழு அமைத்து ஊதிய மாற்றம் செய்திட வேண்டும்.

அரசு பள்ளிகளில் குறைந்து வரும் மாணவர் எண்ணிக்கையை கருத்தில் கொண்டு 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு தனியார் பள்ளிகளுக்கு புதிதாக அங்கீகாரம் வழங்குவதை மாநில அரசு நிறுத்திட வேண்டும்.

       அரசு துவக்க/நடுநிலைப் பள்ளிகளோடு அங்கன்வாடி மையங்களை இணைத்து அதில் முறையான எல்கேஜி, யுகேஜி வகுப்புகள் நடைபெற உரிய நடவடிக்கை மாநில அரசு மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

 இறுதியில் வட்டார மகளிர் அணிச் செயலாளர் திருமதி க. தமிழ்ச் செல்வி அனைவருக்கும் நன்றி கூறினார்.   

Comparison of 7th CPC Pay Matrix in respect of Grade Pay

 A COMPARATIVE CHART ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF 7TH CPC WHEREIN INCREASE OF PAY HAS BEEN ANALYSISED ON THE BASIS OF EXISTING GRADE PAY. IN THIS METHOD ALSO GROUP C AND GROUP B EMPLOYEES FOUND SUFFERER. THE STATEMENT AS PREPARED BY HIM IS GIVEN BELOW: 

VII th Pay Commission Injustice 

I am bringing the following to your knowledge and information of Central Government Staff that VIIth Pay commission has done injustice to 98% of the Central Government Staff by just giving a multiplication factor of around 10 times their existing Grade Pay but generously awarded more than 14 times multiplication benefit to higher officials. So please fight for uniform multiplication of 14 times of the Grade pay and for each year of service one increment at the new scale as recommended to retired employees to give justice to all.

Initially for first 2 stages every Rs100/ in GP the corresponding proposed increase is 1800 0r 1900 but for GP difference of Rs 400/ at later 2 stages the corresponding increase is only Rs3700/ to Rs3800/- whereas it must be Rs1800 0r 1900 multiplied by 4times to Rs7200-7600/.

Initially for Rs1400/- GP difference the corresponding increase proposed is Rs6200/- but in next stage for Rs400/-GP the proposed hike is mind blowing Rs9500/-,in next stage for Rs200/-GP the increase is Rs2700/- and for Rs600/-GP hike further increase is Rs5500/-

It will easily understood the members of VIIth Pay commission done fixation and recommendation quite irrationally without any uniformity in a whimsical manner. 7th Pay Commission Fitment Table banner 7th cpc 7th Pay Commission Fitment Table | 7TH CPC PAY CALCULATOR Multiplication Factor / Fitment Formula recommended by 7th Pay Commission 7th Pay Commission recommended the Multiplication Factor is 2.57 Fitment : The starting point for the first level of the matrix has been set at 18,000. This corresponds to the starting pay of ₹7,000, which is the beginning of PB-1 viz., 5,200 + GP 1800, which prevailed on 01.01.2006, the date of implementation of the VI CPC recommendations. Hence the starting point now proposed is 2.57 times of what was prevailing on 01.01.2006. This fitment factor of 2.57 is being proposed to be applied uniformly for all employees.
It includes a factor of 2.25 on account of DA neutralisation, assuming that the rate of Dearness Allowance would be 125 percent at the time of implementation of the new pay. Accordingly, the actual raise/fitment being recommended is 14.29 percent.7th Pay Commission Fitment Table : National Council JCM Staff Side suggested in their memorandum regarding fitment formula as follows… Fitment Formula The fitment formula suggested by all the earlier Pay Commissions was not reflective of the actual revision of wages. The employees who were on rolls on the date of implementation of the Commission’s recommendation comparatively received lesser benefit than the new entrants. Amongst the existing employees also, more benefit accrued to persons with lesser service period. This happened due to the rejection of the demand of the Staff Side to have point to point fixation. The anomalous situation was addressed during the discussion the Staff Side had with the Group of Ministers in September 1997, over the implementation of the recommendations of the 5th CPC. In the place of 20% of the basic pay recommended by the 5th CPC as fitment formula the Staff Side could negotiate and settle it at 40%. The said agreement brought about near total satisfaction over the revision benefit amongst all sections of employees. The said 40% benefit brought about uniform multiplication factor too.

சென்னையில் நாளை முதல் புத்தகக் கண்காட்சி .....

        சென்னையில் 39-ஆவது புத்தகக் கண்காட்சி தீவுத்திடலில் புதன்கிழமை (ஜூன்1) தொடங்க உள்ளது. தென்னிந்திய புத்தக விற்பனையாளர்கள்- பதிப்பாளர்கள் சங்கத்தின் (பபாசி) சார்பில் நடைபெறவுள்ள இந்தப் புத்தகக் கண்காட்சியில் சுமார் 700 அரங்குகள் இடம்பெறவுள்ளன. ஜூன் 1-ஆம் தேதி முதல் 13-ஆம் தேதி வரை புத்தகக் கண்காட்சி நடைபெறும்.

             இது தொடர்பாக சங்கத்தின் பொருளாளர் ஒளிவண்ணன் கூறியது: புலம் பெயர்ந்த தமிழர்களை அங்கீகரிக்கும் வகையில் இந்த ஆண்டு சிங்கப்பூர் வாழ் தமிழ் எழுத்தாளர்களுக்கென்று ஒரு அரங்கம் பிரத்யேகமாக ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. சிங்கப்பூர் வாழ் தமிழ் எழுத்தாளர்களின் படைப்புகள் அந்த அரங்கில் காட்சிப்படுத்தப்படும். மேலும், அந்த எழுத்தாளர்களுடன் கலந்துரையாடல், விவாதம் உள்ளிட்ட நிகழ்வுகளுக்கும் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. கண்காட்சியில் சுமார் 6 ஆயிரம் புதிய புத்தகங்களும், சுமார் ஒரு லட்சம் நூல்களும் இடம் பெறவுள்ளன. பார்வைத் திறன் குறைபாடுடையவர்களுக்கான பிரெய்லி நூல்கள் அடங்கிய சிறப்பு அரங்கமும் அமைக்கப்பட உள்ளது.
              நுழைவுக் கட்டணம் ரூ.10: புத்தகக் கண்காட்சிக்கான நுழைவுக் கட்டணம் ரூ. 10 ஆகும். வார நாள்களில் பிற்பகல் 1 மணி முதல் இரவு 9 மணி வரையிலும், வார இறுதி நாள்கள், விடுமுறை நாள்களில் காலை 11 முதல் இரவு 9 மணி வரை கண்காட்சி நடைபெறும். கண்காட்சியில் வாங்கும் புத்தகங்களுக்கு 10 சதவீதம் சலுகை அளிக்கப்படும்.
           மேலும் மாடித் தோட்டம் குறித்த அரங்கு, உணவுத் திருவிழா, ஓவியம், இசை, சார்ந்த போட்டிகளும் நடைபெறும் என்றார் அவர்.
